Freshzon Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Freshzon, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality fruits and vegetables. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for perishable goods (such as fruits and vegetables) if they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

2.2 Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items, returns may be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Non-perishable goods include any non-food items sold by Freshzon.

2.3 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Defects or damages must be reported to Freshzon within 30 minutes of delivery.

2.4 Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 30 minutes  of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

3. Return Process

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the defective or damaged products.

3.2 Return Approval: Once your return request is received, our team will review the information provided. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be made within 1 hour  of receiving the approval.

3.3 Return Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Freshzon will cover the cost of return shipping. For non-perishable goods returned for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Refunds are not provided for perishable goods that have been opened or used, unless they were defective or damaged upon delivery.

4.2 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the freshzon customer wallet within  2 business days.

4.3 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in less than perfect condition, or if a return is requested beyond the standard return period.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

- Products that are not in their original condition.

5.2 Out-of-Stock Replacements: If the product you wish to replace is out of stock, we will offer you a similar product of equal or greater value or provide a full refund.
